SURVA Region Championships & SURVA BID TOURNAMENTS
The SURVA Region Championships & SURVA Bid Tournaments are age group-specific with a Champion in each age group 11 to 18.
Convention Center Rules
1. No outside food or drink. Water only. No team food tables allowed anywhere but outside at your own risk.
2. No Coolers/ice chests allowed.
3. No outside chairs. There will be plenty of chairs courtside.
Competing for the Sun Country National Bids
Teams wishing to earn one of the eight age group automatic Region Bids to the USAV Girls Nationals awarded at the Region Championships MUST complete all requirements established by the SURVA BoD.

teams WISHING TO COMPETE IN THE rEGION cHAMPIONSHIPS AND/OR THE sURVA BID TOURNAMENT MUST compete in at least TWO Regional Qualifying Tournaments, known as Preliminaries, with at least onE being out of their “area”. “Area” refers to a metropolitan area within the SURVA Region and corresponding 100-mile radius. The five metropolitan areas of SURVA are: Albuquerque Amarillo El Paso Lubbock Permian Basin
ALL TEAMS TEAMS WISHING TO COMPETE FOR A REGION BID TO NATIONALS MUST:
- Enter appropriate Region Tournament Registration through AES. Links are available on the Sun Country Website www.suncountryvb.org
- Register for USAV Girls Championships through AES.
