Individual Application for Membership

Registration with USAV is mandatory for all participants in SURVA Sanctioned events. Membership is required for anyone who will have any role with a team including club administration, coaches, chaperones, officials and players. Registration is done online and begins with the individual online application for membership. All adults must have a current background screening using USAV’s screening company, SSCI. Adults please refer to the background screening information found on the SURVA Website under Forms if you have questions about the screening process.

Online application and execution of the waiver and release of liability for junior players must be submitted by the parent or legal guardian of each individual player. Third party applications are illegal for any applicant, junior or adult.

Returning applicants who are new to Sun Country but were previously registered in another region.

If you were previously a member of USAV in another USA Volleyball Region, you must contact the registrar@suncountryvb.org and request that your assigned region be changed to Sun Country. Please include your full legal name and date of birth. The assigned region will be updated online by the registrar and you will receive a reply to your email that the change has been made. If you require login information, this can be given you in the same email reply.  In rare cases, a temporary login and password must be requested from USAV by the registrar and the information will be sent directly to you.

Returning applicants who have lost or forgotten login information:

  1. If your email address has not changed you can click here, enter the required information on the website which will retrieve your login information and send it to your email address. This will be a system generated email from usav_admin@ai-group.com and many email servers especially those serving schools or companies will recognize it as junk mail or spam which could prevent the information from reaching your inbox.
  2. If your email address has changed or if there are other factors which prevent the system from retrieving your login information, send an email to the registrar@suncountryvb.org who will change the email address in your online account, retrieve the login information for you and return it to you via a reply to your email. Your email should contain: an email address where you want the information sent, the name of applicant (legal name, not nickname) and date of birth of applicant.

Following successful application, a confirmation of application email will be sent to the applicant. Click here to see a sample. Individuals then should submit payment to your club director or representative who will pay for your membership using a group transaction.

  1. Submitting a club name and contact information to the registrar by Club Director/Rep
  2. Individual application for membership and adult background screening submission on Webpoint
  3. Submitting registration roster list(s) and calculating fees by Club Director/Rep
  4. Payment of fees using Paypal by Club director/Rep
  5. Completing and Submitting the roster form by the Club Director/Rep
  6. Registrar receives form and Paypal receipt and marks memberships paid
  7. Individual members will receive Confirmation of Registration and Membership Card
  8. Club Director or Representative must create their own teams on the Webpoint system
  9. Club Director or Representative populates team rosters with their fully registered club members on Webpoint
