The "Division" format will be used in all SURVA qualifiers, but will not be used in the Region Championships. However, this format will affect the Region rankings and seedings for the Region Championships! That means the teams who compete within a higher “DIVISION” will be given a higher ranking within their own age division. The team having the highest ranking within a preceding “DIVISION” or preceding “DIVISIONS” will be considered the highest seeded team in their appropriate age division. The team having the lowest ranking within a following “DIVISION” or following “DIVISIONS” will be considered the lowest seeded team in their appropriate age division.
Also, the Region Rankings are based on results from the Region Bid Qualifiers. These Qualifiers are seeded and affected by results from several others tournaments within the Region such as the One Day Tournaments and InterRegional Tournaments and others. Each Bid Qualifier is also ranked by the number of teams participating in each respective division.
