Step 5. Have adults complete the Background Screening Consent Form (if
needed) as a part of their online registration. They need to return that form to
the club director.
Step 6. Have each registered member print the first page of their
confirmation email. This needs to be attached to the Team Registration Form.
A copy should be retained by the club.
Please communicate
to your members that their membership fees will be collected by the club
and the club will send a single check for each team to the registrar.
