A team can
make the decision not to go to a tournament due to weather but if the tournament
is not cancelled then the team will not
be refunded their entry fee.
The reason
for this is that the host club is still out all of their expense (gym rental,
awards, etc.) and the region is still out all of the expenses related to the
tournament.
If you
decide not to attend a tournament then you still must contact the tournament
coordinator or the tournament host and let them know so they can make the
appropriate changes. |
