Due to several conflicts with top players going to USA Junior Championships and high school coaches demanding that their future players attend special camps and some recent injuries we are having to withdraw our Select team from competition at this year’s National High Performance Championships.
It is a very tough decision and on I regret to announce. But due to the fact that several key positions were not filled because of the afore mentioned reasons it was decided that we not send a team.

Junior Program Club and Team Directors:
Please read the initial registration document before attempting to register your team members. It is imperative that existing clubs as well as new clubs have their information verified each year as registration opens. Existing clubs must submit current information pertaining to their clubs. New clubs must submit your club information to the registrar (registrar@surva.net) in order for the club to be listed in the online database. Information must include: 1) Club Name; 2) Club Director; 3) Address; 4) Phone Number; 5) Contact Email address.
Junior players, coaches, chaperones and others registering with a junior program---PLEASE DO NOT PAY INDIVIDUALLY FOR YOUR MEMBERSHIP. If you will be on a team roster either as a player or as an adult associated with a junior team, your payment should be made to your team or club. The team or club will then submit one payment either by check or Paypal for all individuals on the team.
